Our Help & Support pages just got a lot better
Here at Mocksup headquarters we take help and support pretty darn seriously. Being a small upstart, if someone has a question, we want to answer it either immediately via our FAQ or as soon as possible via our support form.
We previously used Zendesk for this, and while there were lots of things it did well, there were also several that it didn’t.
So this past weekend we happily made the switch to Assistly.
Thanks to Assistly we were able to completely customize the design. Now this recently redesigned blog has a great looking cousin.
We also worked hard on greatly improving the FAQ with better questions and answers, as well as helpful step-by-step screenshots.
Hopefully you’ll find these changes as big of an improvement as we do and, as always, don’t hesitate to hit us up with questions or feedback.
